On Either Way I Think You Know, Minor Majority wanted to transfer their live energy to the record grooves, so all the songs were recorded live in the studio, under the expert supervision of producer Ole Petter Andreassen. A little beat-stomping and chair-scraping is forever included on the recording. External additions were made where the band felt it was needed, but first and foremost this is the sound of a band in the same room, looking at and listening to each other while they play.
Karen Jo Fields' voice is easily recognizable on several songs, and Ole Petter Andreassen is adding backing vocals. The string arrangements are written by Lise Sørensen. Pedal steel is handled by Geir Sundstøl. Mathias Eick and Bendik Giske play trumpet and saxophone, respectively
